It’s a first quality meat that extends from the short loin to sirloin. In each vacuumed packages, there is 1 contre-fillet (2,7-4 kg). Average weight of a parcel or a plastic case is 20-25 kg. Storage Conditions: For vacuumed packages: 0°C - +4°C, storage duration:10-15 days; 12 months at -18°C.
